2026 ST JOHN AUTUMN CASH LOTTERY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The St John Autumn Cash Lottery (“Lottery ”) is conducted by St John Ambulance Australia SA Ltd (ABN 42 947 425 570) of 85 Edmund Avenue, Unley, SA, 5061 (“St John ”, “we ”, “us ” or “our ”). These terms and conditions apply to the conduct of the Lottery. By purchasing a ticket in the Lottery, you agree to be bound by these terms and any other terms attached to specific prizes, including the terms of redemption. The Lottery is conducted in South Australia under Lottery Licence No: M14973 , New South Wales Authority No: GOCAU/2578 , Victorian Permit No: MG-R26343519 , Australian Capital Territory Permit No/s ACT R 26/00048 and ACT TP 26/00621 (for Members Draws), and NT Permit No FNL1039 . The Lottery is not conducted in Western Australia.

ELIGIBILITY
The Lottery is open to residents of South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory that are a minimum of 18 years of age, other than any of the following, who are ineligible to purchase tickets in any capacity:
any board member, committee member, staff member or person involved in the management of St John Ambulance Australia SA Ltd; or
any immediate family (including spouse, de facto spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling) of any board member, committee member, staff member or person involved in the management of St John Ambulance Australia SA Ltd; or
any HLB Mann Judd employee or partner; or
any immediate family (including spouse, de facto spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling) of any employee at HLB Mann Judd; or
any Campaign Management Solutions employee or partner; or
any immediate family (including spouse, de facto spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling) of any employee at Campaign Management Solutions;
any other person who manages, conducts, organises or promotes the Lottery (including any person who determines who is to win a prize in the Lottery); or
any other person who has a relation to any of the above.
Every individual listed on a ticket warrants at the time of purchase that they are a resident in either South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, the Northern Territory or the Australian Capital Territory, are at least 18 years of age and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, permitted to receive any of the prizes forming part of the draw at the time of purchasing the ticket.
LOTTERY DETAILS
The total available prize pool for the Lottery is approximately $450,325.19 This is comprised of approximately $364,400 in prizes for the Mega Draw (Draw #1), Early Bird Draw (Draw #3), Wednesday Windfall Draw (Draw #4), Super Holiday Draw (Draw #5), ‘5K-A-Day’ Daily Draws (Draws #6, #7, #8, #9, #10) and Grand Prize Draw (Draw #11) and $85,927.73 in members prizes in the Early Bird Members Draw (Draw #2) and Members Prize Draw (Draw #12). The value of the prize pool is accurate as at the date of print of these terms and conditions. A total of 36,000 tickets are available for purchase in the Lottery. There are 14 prizes available as part of the Lottery, inclusive of 4 Membership Prizes. Additional information is available on the website stjohncashlottery.com.au . Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.
Tickets are priced at 1 for $50 or 3 for $125. Subject to the total number of tickets available, there is no limit on the number of tickets an individual may purchase. St John will use all proceeds raised through the Lottery (less costs and expenses) to continue St John operations, activities, programs and services to the community.
Campaign Management Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 30 668 605 598) will be assisting with the telecommunications associated with ticket enquiries and purchases (excluding for Victorian residents). Campaign Management Solutions will not be entitled to any proceeds from the Lottery or a percentage of any revenue from the Lottery.
For the avoidance of any doubt and subject to eligibility outlined in these terms and conditions, all tickets purchased from the commencement of the Lottery are returned to the draw for all remaining eligible draws, even the tickets that are successful in winning a prize prior to the Main Draw on Wednesday 15 July 2026. If ticket holders meet the membership eligibility requirements detailed in the ‘Members Draws’ section, they will also be eligible for the Members Draws (Draws #2 and #12).

The Mega Draw prize is comprised of $50,000 in cash or gold. There will be one winner in the Mega Draw.
The Mega Draw will take place on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at 10am (ACST) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer. To be eligible for the Mega Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket (s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday 17 May 2026.
All tickets in the Mega Draw will be returned to the ticket pool for the remaining eligible 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery draws.
EARLY BIRD MEMBERS DRAW (DRAW #2)
Each Early Bird Members Draw prize is comprised of a wine redemption code to the value of $800 plus a set of 6 wine glasses valued at $280.01. Each Early Bird Members Draw prize has a total value of $1,080.01. There will be three winners in the Early Bird Members Draw.
The Early Bird Members Draws will take place on Wednesday 3 June 2026 at 10am (ACST) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer.
To be eligible for the Early Bird Members Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket(s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday 31 May 2026, and must:
be an ongoing member of the St John Cash Lottery, or have opted in for membership of the St John Cash Lottery when purchasing their ticket(s) (membership is subject to the terms expressed in these terms and conditions); and
remain a member of the St John Cash Lottery until 10am on the Early Bird Members Draw Date, being Wednesday 3 June 2026.
Membership is subject to the terms expressed in these terms and conditions.
Membership may be cancelled at any time. If membership is cancelled prior to 10am on the Early Bird Members Draw date of Wednesday 3 June 2026, the ticket holder will not be eligible to participate in the Early Bird Members Draw. Additionally, if membership is cancelled prior to 10am on the Members Draw (Draw #12) date of Wednesday 15 July 2026, the ticket holder will not be eligible to participate in the Members Draw (Draw #12).
All tickets in the Early Bird Members Draw will be returned to the ticket pool for the remaining eligible 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery draws.
EARLY BIRD DRAW (DRAW #3)
The Early Bird Draw prize is comprised of a 2026 Mercedes GLA 500 valued at approximately $69,400 (plus on road costs). There will be one winner in the Early Bird Draw.
Vehicle delivery date is subject to Mercedes-Benz Adelaide availability which will be advised following the Early Bird Draw, but in any event within 28 days of the draw date.
The Early Bird Draw will take place on Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 10am (ACST) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer. To be eligible for the Early Bird Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket (s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday 7 June 2026.
All tickets in the Early Draw will be returned to the ticket pool for the remaining eligible 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery draws.
WEDNESDAY WINDFALL DRAW (DRAW #4)
The Wednesday Windfall Draw prize is comprised of $10,000 in cash or gold. There will be one winner in the Wednesday Windfall Draw.
The Wednesday Windfall Draw will take place on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at 10am (ACST) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer. To be eligible for the Wednesday Windfall Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket (s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday 14 June 2026.
All tickets in the Wednesday Windfall Draw will be returned to the ticket pool for the remaining eligible 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery draws.
SUPER HOLIDAY DRAW (DRAW #5)
The Super Holiday Draw prize is comprised of a $7,500 travel voucher from Phil Hoffman Travel and $2,500 in cash or gold. The Super Holiday Draw prize has a total value of $10,000. There will be one winner in the Super Holiday Draw.
The $7,500 Phil Hoffman Travel voucher will be valid for travel up to 3 years from the date of the draw. It is not exchangeable for cash or gold.
The Super Holiday Draw will take place on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at 10am (ACST) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer. To be eligible for the Super Holiday Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket (s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday 21 June 2026.
All tickets in the Super Holiday Draw will be returned to the ticket pool for the remaining eligible 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery draws.
“$5K-A-DAY” CASH (GOLD) DRAWS (DRAWS #6, #7, #8, #9, AND #10)
There will be a total of five “$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold)Draws, each for one prize of $5,000 in cash or gold.The total “$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold) Draw prize pool is valued at $25,000. There will be one winner for each “$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold) Draw.
The “$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold) Draws will be held on each business day from and including Monday 29 June to Friday 3 July 2026. Each“$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold) Draw will be drawn at 10:00am (ACST) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer.To be eligible for each “$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold) Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket (s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on theday prior to the draw.
All tickets in the “$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold) Draws will be returned to the ticket pool for the remaining eligible 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery draws.
GRAND PRIZE MAIN DRAW (DRAW #11)
The Grand Prize Main Draw prize is comprised of a 2026 Porsche Cayenne Black Edition valued at approximately $176,100 (plus on road costs) plus $23,900 in cash or gold. The Grand Prize Main Draw prize has a total value of $200,000 (plus on road costs).
Vehicle delivery date is subject to Porsche Centre Adelaide availability which will be advised following the Grand Prize Main Draw, but in any event within 28 days of the draw date.
The Grand Prize Main Draw will take place on Wednesday 15 July 2026 at 10am (ACST) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer. To be eligible for the Grand Prize Main Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket (s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday 12 July 2026.
All eligible tickets in the Grand Prize Main Draw will be returned to the ticket pool for the remaining eligible 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery draw.
MEMBERS DRAW (DRAW #12)
The Members Draw prize is comprised of a 2026 Ford Mustang EcoBoost valued at approximately $82,688 (plus on road costs).
Vehicle delivery date is subject to Stillwell Ford availability which will be advised following the Members Draw, but in any event within 28 days of the draw date.
The Members Draw will take place on Wednesday 15 July 2026 immediately following the Grand Prize Main Draw (Draw #11) at Campaign Management Solutions, 47 Hutt Street Adelaide SA 5000, under supervision by representatives from an independent scrutineer.
To be eligible for the Members Draw, an individual must have purchased ticket(s) prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday 12 July 2026, and must:
be an ongoing member of the St John Cash Lottery or have opted in for membership of the St John Cash Lottery when purchasing their ticket(s) (membership is subject to the terms expressed in these terms and conditions); and
remain a member of the St John Cash Lottery until 10am on the Members Draw Date, being 15 July 2026.
Membership is subject to the terms expressed in these terms and conditions.
Membership may be cancelled at any time. If membership is cancelled prior to 10am on the Members Draw date of Wednesday 15 July 2026, the ticket holder will not be eligible to participate in the Members Draw.
GENERAL LOTTERY TERMS
TICKETS AND PAYMENT
Tickets can be purchased online at stjohncashlottery.com.au by credit card or PayPal or by phoning our call centre on 1300 946 466 (1300 946 669 for Victorian residents). Telephone charges may apply (standard call rates for mobile calls and 25-40c for landline calls). Purchases by credit card, cash, cheque and money order can be made in person at the St John Ambulance SA State Office at 85 Edmund Avenue, Unley SA 5061 between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Purchases by cheque will only be eligible for future draws if they are received, cleared and processed prior to the relevant draw deadline. St John does not accept any responsibility for cheques that have not cleared or been processed by the deadlines for the relevant draws, or any cheques or money orders that we do not receive in time for a draw.
Tickets may be purchased in multiple names. The first named individual on a ticket will be regarded as the primary contact individual. All prizes will be issued to the primary contact individual. St John is not responsible, nor will we consider or enter into any correspondence regarding any dispute between individuals named on a ticket regarding the issuing of prizes. When purchasing multiple tickets in a single transaction, ticket numbers will be printed on a single page and will not be shown on individual pages.
For the avoidance of any doubt and subject to eligibility outlined in these terms and conditions, all tickets purchased from the commencement of the Lottery are returned to the draw for all remaining eligible draws, even the tickets that are successful in winning a prize prior to the Grand Prize Main Draw on Wednesday 15 July 2026. St John does not accept any responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Lottery period, nor do we take any responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. We are not responsible for any unforeseen technical difficulties with the ordering process, nor do we warrant the availability of the ordering process.
REFUNDS
Requests for refunds will be accepted prior to 5pm (ACST) on 15 May 2026 upon verification of payment. No refunds will be accepted after this date. Upon processing a refund, the corresponding ticket(s) will become void. Refunds can only be requested by calling 1300 946 466 (1300 946 669 for Victorian residents) or emailing [email protected] .
MEMBERSHIP
When purchasing tickets, individuals have the choice to opt-in for membership. Membership ensures individuals do not miss the opportunity to participate in future St John Cash Lotteries, and are automatically billed for their repeat tickets at the beginning of each St John Cash Lottery campaign. By opting-in to membership, individuals consent to receiving marketing and telephone communications from the St John Lottery team. All St John Cash Lottery members will be notified by email prior to the opening of the next lottery, and thus prior to their credit card being billed. Membership can be cancelled at any time by calling 1300 946 466 (1300 946 669 for Victorian residents) or emailing [email protected] .
All participants can opt-in to become a member at the point of ticket purchase when purchasing tickets online and over the phone. Participants cannot become a member if paying in person with cash, EFTPOS, cheque or money order.
An individual must opt-in to becoming a member of the St John Cash Lotteries in order to be entered into any Members Draw, including the Early Bird Members Draw (Draw #2) and Members Draw (Draw #12).
PRIVACY
By entering the St John Autumn Cash Lottery, participants consent to the personal information they submit on their entry form being collected by St John to facilitate administration of the Lottery and membership.
We will collect, use and store all personal details of participants in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy, a copy of which can be obtained at stjohncashlottery.com.au . To obtain a printed copy, please call 1300 946 466 (1300 946 669 for Victorian residents). St John may disclose relevant personal information to our service providers in order to facilitate the conduct of the Lottery.
Personal information including date of birth may be used to verify the identity of prize winners. Each winner consents to St John publishing the winner’s first name, suburb/postcode and state unless the winner has expressly opted to remain anonymous at the point of purchase.
PRIZES
The value of the prizes at the time of redemption may vary from the value stated in these terms and stjohncashlottery.com.au . The winner is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated value of the prize and the actual value of the prize at the time of redemption.

If the winner of any monetary prizes resides in NSW or Victoria the prize will be delivered in the form of gold bullion. If the winner resides SA, QLD, TAS, ACT or NT the prize may be delivered in the form of either EFT into an ADI account or gold bullion.
ALL DRAW WINNERS ANNOUNCED
The winners of all draws in the 2026 St John Autumn Cash Lottery will be notified by telephone and email within 7 days of the draw, and will also be announced online at stjohncashlottery.com.au . Winners may also be announced via St John communications such as electronic direct mail. Each winner will have 2 months from the date of the respective draw to claim their prize.
All prizes will be distributed to winners within 28 days of the relevant draw taking place (unless the winners cannot be located after reasonable attempts made). Letters and notifications will be addressed to the primary contact individual named on the official lottery ticket with instructions on redemption. Winners are required to provide proof of identity so that St John can accurately identify the prize recipient and verify details against those listed on the relevant winning ticket.
In the event that the prize remains unclaimed after 2 months from the draw, St John will make additional attempts to contact that winner and otherwise deal with the prize as outlined under these terms and conditions.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the applicable legislative requirements. The applicable state (as referenced below) is determined by reference to the address provided by the ticket purchaser at the time of purchase of the ticket/s.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES IN NSW AND ACT
If a prize is unclaimed in the ACT or NSW within 2 months of the draw date, St John will announce this online at stjohncashlottery.com.au and comply with any conditions stipulated by relevant authorities and regulations in relation to a redraw and redetermination of winners.
A redraw for any unclaimed prizes in the ACT for any of the draws will occur at St John SA State Office at 85 Edmund Avenue, Unley SA 5061 on Monday 28 September at 10am (ACDT). All draws will be conducted using the same systems and processes as the regular Lottery draws. Any unclaimed prizes in NSW for any of the draws will occur by way of a winner redetermination to the reserve winner(s). Reserve winners are determined at the time of the regular Lottery draws.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES IN VIC
If a prize remains unclaimed in Victoria for a period of 12 months, St John will comply with the conditions under the Gambling Regulations 2015 (Vic) in relation to the sale of prizes and payment of any proceeds.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES IN NT
If a prize remains unclaimed in NT for a period of 3 months, St John will comply with the conditions under the Gaming Control (Community Gaming) Regulations 2006 (NT) in relation to the delivery of prizes to the NT Director of Gaming Control.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES IN SA, QLD, TAS
In the event that a prize remains unclaimed in SA, QLD or TAS for a period of 12 months, St John will retain the unclaimed prize to be used in other fundraising campaigns.
GENERAL
Each prize winner indemnifies St John and keeps us indemnified against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by us, HLB Mann Judd, Campaign Management Solutions Pty Ltd, Cowell Clarke Pty Ltd, the independent scrutineer or any third party arising out of a breach of these terms by the participant.
Where a ticket holder has, in our view, violated these terms and conditions in a material manner, we reserve our rights to invalidate any ticket issued to that individual (including where they may be one of the multiple individuals named on a single ticket). All invalid tickets will be withdrawn from all prize draws. Any determination of St John regarding the validity of a ticket or breach of these terms and conditions is final.
Entrants may attend the draws, provided the attendance will not violate any public health order or any other law of Australia.
In the event of a dispute concerning the Lottery or the claiming of a prize in the Lottery, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved for 20 business days, the parties will submit the dispute for mediation, the decision of which shall be final and binding on the parties except in the case of manifest error. The mediator will be mutually agreed by the parties, or failing agreement, the President for the time being of the Law Society of South Australia will appoint a mediator.
