How much does it cost to become a member?

Membership with the St John Autumn Cash Lottery is completely free to join. You will only be charged for the ticket(s) that you have purchased, and you will be notified in advance of any charges to your credit card for future Autumn Cash lotteries. The number of tickets you purchase will be the same number of tickets issued to you at the start of the next Autumn Cash Lottery.

How do I become a member?

To be eligible for the Mustang Membership Draw, members must have a valid ticket(s) in the current lottery and have agreed to be a member for our future Autumn Cash lotteries prior to the drawing of the Mustang Member Draw – 10:00am ACST Wednesday 15 July 2026.

To be eligible for the Early Bird Membership Draw, members must have a valid ticket(s) in the current lottery and have agreed to be a member for our future Autumn Cash lotteries prior to the drawing of the Early Bird Member Draw – 10:00am ACST Wednesday 31 May 2026.

Participants can only become a member at the point of purchase when purchasing tickets online. This can not be added after the transaction is complete, so be sure to opt in!

Membership tickets can only be purchased with a credit card or through PayPal.

I am a Member of the St John Christmas Home Lottery

Membership in our St John Christmas Lottery is separate from the St John Autumn Cash Lottery. If you are a member only of the Christmas Lottery, then you will not receive tickets automatically for the Autumn Cash Lottery. You must also become a member of the Autumn Cash Lottery for Autumn Cash Lottery tickets. If you are a member only of the Autumn Cash Lottery, then you will not have tickets automatically for the Christmas Home Lottery.

How will I receive my ticket(s) for the next cash lottery?

You will receive your ticket(s) via email the same day after your credit card has been charged. If you do not have a valid email address at the time of processing, your ticket(s) will be sent to you at the address printed on the ticket(s) via Australia Post.

Can I cancel my membership if I change my mind?

Yes – St John Autumn Cash Lottery membership does not involve any lock-in contracts. You are free to cancel your membership at any time. To do this, please call 1300 946 466, Victoria members only call 1300 946 669, or email [email protected]

If membership is cancelled prior to 10:00am, 31 May 2026, the ticket holder will not be eligible to participate in the draw for the Early Bird Member prize.

If membership is cancelled prior to 10:00am, 15 July 2026, the ticket holder will not be eligible to participate in the draw for the Mustang Member prize.

No, unfortunately, membership must be selected prior to finalising your order.
