How many tickets are available, and what is the price?
There is a total of 25,000 tickets available for sale, with an available prize pool of $408,222.
Tickets are priced at $50 each or 3 for $125.
Ticket bundles of 3 will be a limited amount. After the allocation is exhausted, only single tickets will be available.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased;

- By phoning the St John Lottery call centre on 1300 946 466
- In person by credit card, cash, cheque or money order at St John Ambulance SA State Office at 85 Edmund Avenue, Unley SA 5061
- Post your cheque or money order along with the ticket order form to St John Ambulance SA State Office, 85 Edmund Avenue, Unley SA 5061.
How long will it take to receive my ticket(s)?
For purchases made online at www.stjohncashlottery.com.au:
Ticket(s) will be emailed to the ticket purchaser’s email address nominated in the checkout shortly after the purchase is complete.
For purchases made via the call centre:
Ticket(s) will be emailed to the ticket purchaser’s email address nominated in the checkout shortly after the purchase is complete.
- Please ensure you check your Junk or Spam folder before calling 1300 946 466 (1300 946 669 in Victoria) if the ticket has not arrived via email within 30 minutes after purchase.
For purchases made at the St John Ambulance SA State Office :
Ticket(s) will be emailed to the ticket purchaser’s email address nominated in the checkout shortly after the purchase is complete.
A printed copy of the ticket(s) can be made available on request.
For purchases where tickets are sent in the post:
Ticket(s) are posted via Australia Post and will be subject to their delivery timelines. A $1 postage fee will apply.
For purchases made by cheque or money order:
Ticket(s) will be posted following the clearance of cheques/money orders. The ticket(s) will be posted via Australia Post and will be subject to their delivery timelines.
How many prizes are available?
Within the $408,222 prize pool, there are a total of 20 prizes to be won, including the Grand Prize package consisting of a Porsche Macan Electric Vehicle (EV) valued at $145,730 AND $55,000 in cash for a total prize value of $200,730 RRP. There is also a BMW 1 Series valued at $66,395 RRP for Members in the Membership Draw, x10 “$5K-A-Day” Cash (Gold) Draws for a total value of $50,000, x6 “$5K Friday” Cash (Gold) Draws for a total value of $30,000, a $10,000 SeaLink Holiday Package Draw, consisting of a $5,000 SeaLink Holiday Voucher RRP to K’gari (flights not included) and $5,000 in cash (gold) to put towards travel arrangements and an Early Bird Audi A1 Draw valued at $51,097 RRP.
Who is eligible to purchase tickets?
Ticket holders must be 18 years or older. The Lottery is open to all Australian residents other than any of the following, who are ineligible to purchase tickets in any capacity:
- any board member, committee member or staff member at St John Ambulance SA Ltd; or
- any immediate family (including spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) of any board member, committee member or staff member at St John Ambulance Australia SA Ltd; or
- any HLB Mann Judd employee or partner; or
- any Tolis & Co employee or partner; or
- any Campaign Management Solutions employee or partner.
Every individual listed on a ticket warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, permitted to receive any of the prizes forming part of the draw at the time of purchasing the ticket.

What is the process to request a refund?
Requests for refunds will be accepted prior to 11:59pm (ACST) on 24 April 2025 upon verification of payment. No refunds will be accepted after this date. Upon processing a refund, the corresponding ticket(s) will become void. Refunds can only be requested by calling 1300 946 466 (excluding Victoria. The Victorian telephone number is 1300 946 669) or emailing [email protected].
If I win, how can I claim my prize?
Each winner will be notified via telephone call and a confirmation email with information on how to redeem their prize.

How are proceeds raised from the lottery used?
Proceeds go directly towards supporting the charitable activities of St John Ambulance Australia. These activities include; training thousands of volunteers in first aid skills, training and equipment in response to state emergencies, training life-saving first aid skills to primary school students, and supporting the volunteer divisions across Australia.
